3rd Annual "Marine LCpl Jared Schmitz Pub Crawl"

Date: Saturday 2/24/24 (Signups begin 12/4/23 @ 7pm CST)

What: To posthumously celebrate the 21st Birthday of Marine LCpl Jared Schmitz each year. (His actual 21st birthday was 2/25/01) This event has gained national headlines and has been featured on main stream media news. Patriots around the country gather at participating bars and restaurants to "buy a drink for Jared" by either donating a beer/shot/mixed drink or they tip the cause by scanning a QR code to make a modest donation.

Inaugural JOE's V. PRO's

Date(s): April 2024 

What: A chance for "normal Joe's" to gather their strongest, fastest and best shooters for a paintball tournament against the very best PRO's (which will consist of Navy Seals, Delta Force, Special Forces, Snipers, SWAT etc.) This is your chance to live out your childhood dream of playing "Army" while taking on the "Big Boys" who actually do this for a living. Test your skills against the very best.

Inaugural Battle of the Branches

Date(s): August 2024 

What: Fighters from each branch of the military will go up against each other in amateur MMA style fights. Amateur weight brackets will be used. A champion from each weight group will be awarded The Freedom 13 bragging rights trophy. Here is your chance to fight for your respective branch of service and go up against the best of the other branches. These will be 3 min 3 round max. Tap out rule applies. A fight doc and cut crews will be on hand.

2nd Annual "Hats Off To Our Veterans" Gala

What: A formal gala to Honor and Remember our Nations Heroes, the Gala is a night of fun, music, laughter and remembrance as we raise money for The Freedom 13 Veteran's Recreational Retreat Villages Project.

Every year to celebrate Marine LCpl Jared Schmitz's 21st birthday we hold our annual nationwide Pub Crawl. We need boots on the ground in all states willing to help call on and drop in on bars and restaurants to recruit them to want to participate. The more bars and restaurants in close proximity to each other the better. This has made national headlines and has gotten main stream media attention. This is one of our largest annual fundraisers.

It is FREE for bars and restaurants to participate. The Freedom 13 will provide them with pub crawl marketing kits making it essentially turnkey. All we need is their permission to participate and for them to spread the word to their patrons. This is a very simple way for them to make a difference in a veteran's life by simply doing what they already do....serving drinks. 

It's simple for them to sign up, and the cause is more than worthwhile.
