The Freedom 13. ("us", "we", or "our") operates The Freedom 13 mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. This privacy statement describes how The Freedom 13 collects and uses the personal information you provide. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. We may change this Privacy Policy. If we make changes, we will notify you by changing the date at the top of the privacy policy and may send additional information through notifications, or sending statements on our microsite.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. - When registering as a ”User” to use the booking feature with The Freedom 13 you will be asked to sign in using a 3rd party account. If you do so, you authorize us to access certain 3rd party account information, such as your public profiles (consistent with your privacy settings per 3rd party application). You may be asked to allow The Freedom 13 to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the Service. When logging in using your Apple ID, your personal account information may be shared with The Freedom 13 such as your email address, birthday, name and phone operating system.
- We may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Service or in some other manner. This may include identifying information such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, and if you transact business with us, financial information.
- We may temporarily collect, process and store content on our servers. We cannot guarantee that deletion of any content always occurs.

- We collect information from your usage, log, device and location. We automatically collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as IP address, mobile browser type, browser version, device Id and type, the mobile operating system used by your device, access times, your mobile device’s geographic location while our application is actively running, your location information, the referring website address, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
11. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users “children” under the age of 18. We do not tolerate any cyberbullying whatsoever. We will delete any accounts that participate in cyberbullying or any form of bullying and report them to the proper authorities. 12. Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of April 23, 2025,, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the Privacy Policy.
13. How We Delete User Accounts
You may delete The Freedom 13 app from your phone at any time and an account or profile, if applicable, for any reason or by following the instructions in “Settings” in the Service “Delete Profile” link if the Profile feature is active. The user’s personal data will be permanently removed from the servers within 30 days after the user deletes his/her profile. The Company may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees for in app purchases. The Company is not required to disclose, and may be prohibited by law from disclosing, the reason for the termination or suspension of your account. The Company will hand over any user data to law enforcement when warranted to do so.
All provisions of the Terms, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
